BOWLINS TRAVEL CENTERS SUSPEND FIREWORKS SALES

In light of a plea by New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and Doña Ana County Commission Chair Dolores Saldaña-Caviness, Bowlins Travel Center’s seven New Mexico stores have suspended all fireworks sales to New Mexico residents until the drought is declared over.

COUNTY ANNOUNCES JULY 4 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Most Dona Ana County offices will be closed Monday, July 4, 2011, to allow employees to observe the Independence Day holiday. Emergency services and law enforcement in the field will not be affected, but the administrative offices of the Doña Ana County Sheriff's Department will be closed.
