The Doña Ana County Flood Commission will host a community meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, to discuss the proposed East Mesa drainage master plan.

The meeting will be held at the Butterfield Community Center, 9350 Berry Patch Lane.

“This will be the initial public meeting to gather information regarding drainage and stormwater system improvements for the East Mesa,” said Flood Commission Director Paul Dugie. “It will be a great opportunity for interested parties to gather information, ask questions and provide input to the planning staff. Everyone is encouraged to attend.”
